Abstract
|
|
|
A case of premature delivery complicated by ruptured dermoid cyst and typhoid fever is reported.
It is presumed that dermoid cyst which is was detected by X-ray of plain abdomen was pushed up to the left costal margin by the enlarging pregnant uterus, ruptured by the pressures, and by ensuing generalized peritonitis caused premature delivery.
